Why we started, and why we still do this.
We built Computer Brilliance around a simple frustration we kept hearing from business owners. They were locked into long contracts they regretted, handed off to a different stranger every time they called, and talked down to in language nobody bothered to explain. They were paying every month and had no idea what they were getting for it. The more we listened, the clearer it got: these owners didn’t need fancier technology, they needed someone on their side.
So that’s the company we built. One that sticks with you month to month, where the same people learn your business instead of starting over every call, and where you get straight answers instead of jargon. The kind of IT company we’d want if we were the ones signing the checks.

We’re not a far-off help desk with a local number. Our office sits right here at 6641 US Highway 98 in Hattiesburg, and from there we look after businesses across southern Mississippi and the Gulf South. These are the communities we live and work in, and the owners we serve aren’t account numbers to us, they’re people we know by name. Keeping their offices running, their data safe, and their phones ringing is work we’re proud of, and we don’t take it lightly.

A few things we've always believed.
You shouldn’t be tied to a provider that’s stopped showing up for you, so we work month to month and let our results keep you, not a contract. The person fixing your network should already know your name and your setup, instead of reading about it on a ticket. Security matters too much to pin on a single product and hope for the best, so we build it in layers.
