Managed IT services
A system that's watching even when you're not.
Designed for your property, installed by licensed hands, and supported for the life of the system.
System Design Around Your Property
A walkthrough first, then cameras placed where they matter: entries, registers, parking, and the blind spots you haven’t thought about.
Licensed Installation
Installed under our Mississippi Fire Marshal Class A-B license, the credential the state requires and most camera installers skip.
Live View From Anywhere
Check the office, the floor, or the lot from your phone, whether you’re at home or out of town.
Recording You Can Actually Find
When something happens, the moment is saved and pulled up in minutes, not lost in hours of scrubbing.
A Network That Carries It
Cameras are only as reliable as what they’re plugged into, so yours ride on infrastructure we build properly.
Locked-Down Access
Only the people you choose can see your feeds. Nobody else, inside the company or out.
Ongoing Care
A camera that quits gets fixed under your agreement, not discovered dead the day its footage mattered.
One Agreement With Your IT
Your cameras, network, and computers under a single contract, so there’s never a question about who to call.
The problem
Cameras only matter on the day something happens.
Something happened in the parking lot Friday night, and Monday morning everyone wants to see the footage. That’s the moment you find out what your cameras have actually been doing.
Too often, the answer is nothing. The system went in years ago, the company that installed it stopped answering, two cameras have been dark since spring, and the login is written down somewhere nobody remembers.
Or it’s a handful of consumer cameras meant for a front porch, dropping offline whenever the Wi-Fi hiccups, with the one angle you needed pointed at a wall.
You bought cameras for exactly this moment, and the moment found them sleeping.
A camera system is like anything else in your business. It keeps working when somebody’s responsible for it.
Our approach
The Brilliance SecureShield System, now with eyes on the property.
We start by walking the property with you. Where money changes hands, where people come and go, where you’d want eyes if you got a 2 a.m. phone call. The design comes from that walk, not from a catalog.
Installation happens under a Mississippi Fire Marshal Class A-B license, with cabling and equipment that belong in a business, mounted to stay.
Then the system gets cared for like the rest of your technology. We keep watch on its health, so a dead camera gets noticed and repaired instead of discovered too late. Access stays locked to the people you pick, and the footage is there, findable, on the day you need it.
It all runs month-to-month, too. We earn the relationship every 30 days, and if we are not earning it, you are free to leave.
How it works
The Brilliance SecureShield System.
Most IT companies sell pieces. You buy antivirus from one, a firewall from another, voice from a third, and somebody else for “the rest” — and when something breaks, nobody owns it. SecureShield is the opposite: one team, one number, one accountable partner that designs, deploys, monitors, and maintains your entire stack month-to-month. You don’t have to know what’s broken. You don’t have to figure out who to call. You call us. We handle it.
Free on-site audit, no obligation
We come to your office, walk your network, and document exactly what you have, what’s working, what’s exposed, and what you’re overpaying for. You get a written assessment in plain English — yours to keep whether you sign with us or not.
The right-sized stack, priced down to the user
We build a clear plan that covers your network, security, M365, voice, devices, and backups. No bundling you into capability you’ll never use. You see exactly what’s included, what it costs per user, and what’s not — before you ever sign.
A clean transition without wrecking your firm
Phased onboarding with documented handoff from your old provider, tested backups, and a stabilization period. Your office keeps working through the switch. The “broken email and panicked staff” version of switching never happens.
Layered security that catches what one tool misses
Managed EDR, SIEM with 24/7 SOC monitoring, Proofpoint email security, DNS filtering, and immutable backups — all working together, all monitored by named techs who know your setup. Different layers, different engineers, no silver bullet, no single point of failure.

Why Computer Brilliance
A partner who owns your whole stack.
Most IT companies sell you a contract and disappear until something breaks. We do the opposite. We answer the phone, plan ahead, and clean up the mess before it costs you a client.
Recommended
Your IT heroes Since 2007.
For nearly twenty years, CPA practices, law offices, independent pharmacies, and family clinics across Mississippi and the Gulf South have called the same Hattiesburg number for managed IT support — with the same owners and the same certified technicians answering every call.
Computer Brilliance has been an invaluable partner for us over the years, responding quickly to every urgent IT issue and working until it’s resolved. When our building was struck by lightning and our systems went down, they stayed late into the night to get us running again and minimize our downtime. Technology isn’t my area, so it’s a comfort knowing I can call or text and get a prompt, practical solution every time. Their services are reasonably priced, and in an environment of ransomware and data breaches, there’s real peace of mind knowing they’re actively protecting our data. They’re knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely care about their clients — I highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable IT support.
Jeremy and Computer Brilliance have been a fantastic partner for us in all things IT and security. If we have an issue, they’re very responsive and almost always have things back to normal the same day. Jeremy has been proactive about recommending the latest security measures to keep us protected. I’d highly recommend them to any small business looking for an IT and security partner. It’s like having our very own internal IT department.
We have a moderate-size network in our physician office, and things don’t always go as planned. The internet may be slow, a stubborn computer may refuse to “see” the network, or a VPN connection may break — and Computer Brilliance is always there to save the day. They can often fix issues remotely, but I’ve seen them rush in with replacement hardware and have us running again in no time. They also perform our Security Risk Assessments, guiding us through compliance issues we didn’t even know existed. I don’t know what we’d have done without Jeremy Graves and his staff handling our computer, security, telephone, and network needs.
Computer Brilliance has been a godsend to our practice from day one, stepping in right when our previous IT provider closed unexpectedly. We’ve now been with them almost two years, and they’re the most knowledgeable and helpful IT group we’ve ever dealt with. They’re always responsive both remotely and in-person for every issue — from a quick technical question to a printer install to a major network security upgrade. The icing on the cake is that they’re always a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Computer Brilliance to any business looking for dedicated, skilled IT support.
Honest answers
Honest talk before you buy cameras.
You could grab a box of cameras this weekend and have them up by Sunday, and they’d cost less than hiring us. If hardware were the whole job, that would be the smart move. What the box doesn’t include is the design, the license, the network the feeds depend on, and a person who answers when it breaks. That’s the difference you’re paying for, and you’ll see the price in writing before deciding anything.
If you already have a system, we won’t assume it’s junk. Sometimes half of it is worth keeping, and our walkthrough will tell you which half. We’d rather upgrade what works than sell you what you don’t need.
Some owners also wonder whether a small office really warrants this. The honest answer is that the design should match the property. A four-camera setup that covers the right spots beats a sixteen-camera setup that covers everything poorly, and we’ll spec the small one when that’s what fits.
Questions before yes
Frequently asked questions.
Don’t see your question? Give us a call — a senior tech, not a salesperson, will walk you through it.
It comes down to the size of your property, how many cameras the design calls for, and the recording setup you need, so the number gets built from the walkthrough rather than guessed from a price sheet. You’ll have it in writing before any decision, our services and prices usually beat our competitors, and the invoice won’t grow once the work starts.
Often, yes. The walkthrough tells us what’s worth keeping, what needs replacing, and what’s just aimed wrong. You only pay to fix the parts that are actually broken.
Yes, live and recorded, from anywhere. Access is locked to the people you authorize, so checking in is easy for you and impossible for anyone you haven’t approved.
No. We offer month-to-month agreements that adjust as your business grows. No three-year lock-ins. We earn the relationship every 30 days, and if we are not earning it, you are free to leave.
It gets repaired under your agreement. We keep an eye on the system’s health, so problems get addressed instead of sitting dark until the day you need that angle.
Mississippi requires a Class A-B license to install these systems legally, and plenty of installers operate without one. Ours means the work meets state requirements, and the company behind it is accountable for it.
Our work is guaranteed in writing. If what we installed isn’t doing what we promised, we come back and fix it. No second invoice. No finger-pointing.
